5. Client Obligations

• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to replicate our proprietary systems

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement. This includes business strategies, growth data, pipeline metrics, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

RevEngineer.ai provides growth infrastructure and market access support, but does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, deal closures, or business results. Past performance by other clients does not guarantee future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevEngineer.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Disclaimers
